MUGOROZI Theophile, Treasure of EWB-Rwanda
Professional in Engineering and projects management,
Eng Théophile MUGOROZI graduated in Economics, the option Regulatory Economica and
Competition Policy, in the University of Rwanda, in 2021 and undergraduated from
Batchelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the famous Indian Institute of Technology– ROORKEE in 2004 and Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Central Institute of Management in India including different diploma and certificate obtained along with his career trainings and workshops. He has experienced in private and governmental institutions whereby now he is working as Regulator in Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Autholity . He is skilled and competent to provide a know how from his careers especially in civil work, project management and economics sectors.
